The staff was really good and we would return there. Clean reasonably priced hotel, the stay was very positive! The breakfast deal was reasonably good with main meal and generous portions perhaps too big. Marvellous location down the hill to Plaza Nuevo, all was awesome.

I was satisfied with the excellent quality room, there were a hairdryer, a bidet, and bath sheets just in case.

The room we booked was reasonably spacious and updated with ample space, coffee plus comfy bed. The breakfast was exceptionally good, the best we had in Madrid. It was in a remote location, to Atocha station. Courteous staff team that gave us really good customer service, everything was wonderful.

The staff were superbly friendly and outstandingly accommodating and the restaurant was excellent! My king room had modern conveniences, including free tea, a spacious wardrobe, and nice sheets. The breakfast was tasty and absolutely fantastic with Spanish fare with great food.

The hotel staff was abrupt.

King room with bidet, a comfortable bed, for instance. All in all magnificent setting short walk to the restaurant that was about to close in 20 minutes, center in less than 15 minutes, and nearby shopping centre and onward public transport to Madrid.

The airport was 0.5 miles away. The staff was PLEASANT, provided a very quick check-in and a smooth check-out. The room was more than spotless and huge and included a marble bathroom.

The hotel was set in a central area near a mall as well as airport and free shuttle great bar an onsite restaurant perfect for an overnight stay. The rooms were air-conditioned and great modern, had a hair dryer, a bidet and bath sheets in the bathroom.

I was happy, the queen room I booked came with ample space, standard equipments, for example. I truly enjoyed the exceptionally good and tasty breakfast served with pastry or toast. The location close to a shopping center was marvellous. The service was perfect in my opinion. The personnel were really good and exceptional and made me feel welcome.

The location is magnificent and absolutely perfect, near to bus terminal at the airport, and the hill. The room is contemporary and well-maintained, the staff are smart people who the receptionist is.

Fantastic breakfasts with sausage, fatty bacon, pastry or toast, everyone could try something new. The staff that we encountered were super friendly. The hotel had a remote location close to the airport in distance.

Well, Wi-Fi signal was very weak.
